1.Beam-type workpiece(length is 3 times than width,and length is 5 times than thickness),the rubber pads(4 pieces) are put on the point of 2/9 length from the end,the vibrator is put on the middle or one end of one side,the sensor is put on the other end.

2.Plate-type workpiece(length is approximate with width,and length is 5 times than the thickness),the rubber pads(4 pieces) are put on the point of 1/3 length from the end,the vibrator is put on the middle or one end of one side,the sensor is put on the other end.

3.Square-type workpiece(the length,width and thinckness are approximate),two of them are put on one side on the point of 1/3 length from the end,another is put on the middle of the other side,the vibrator is put on the middle of side which only has one pad,the sensor is put on the othe end.this type workpiece need 3 pads.

4.Round-type workpiece,the rubber pads(3 pieces) are put on the roundness averagely,the vibrator is put on the middle of two pads,the sensor is put on the middle of the others two ones.

5.Axle-type workpiece,it can be vibrated similar with the beam-type workpiece.

 

6.Small workpices,they can be vibrated on a platform by match.

6.Large workpiece with heavy rigidity,it can be vibrated by certain rotating speed and tiem.
