Operation structions of HB-vibratory stressr relief equipment(VSR)

There are three operations for HB-vibratory stress relief equipment(VSR),

one is full-automatic,

second is semi-automatic,

third is manual mode.

1.full-automatic mode(recommend)

a)turn on.

b)press the run/stop button,then the equipment work itself.

c)when the vibrating finished and the equipment stop completely,

press the print button to print result.

2. semi-automatic mode(set time)

a)turn on.

b)press down button.

c)press up button to add time,once 5 minutes.

d)press run button to start working.

e) when the vibrating finished and the equipment stop completely,

press the print button to print result.

3. manual mode(set time and rotation)

1).Turn on-press the up button two times.

2).press the down button one time when the rotation get to 60-130m/s2.

3).write down the rotation and press the stop button.

4).press down button one time.

5).press up button to add time,one time add 5 minutes.

6).press run button to start working.

7).when the vibrating finished and the equipment stop completely, press the print button to print result.

Very important(easy operation）：

We recommend, firstly, use manual model to find the proper point of sensor(acceleration should be 60-130,the speed less 8000),then use automatic model(also you can set time).
